Overview

Drafts collect low-stock items automatically, one per supplier. Place a draft to send it, then receive deliveries into stock as they arrive.

Enter what you counted. Leave an item empty to skip it. Differences from the system quantity are booked as adjustments.

List the stock items consumed each time this service is performed. The Point of Sale checkout deducts these quantities automatically.

Shown on the login page, in the sidebar, and on receipts and printed reports.

What each role can do. Owner always has every permission. Rights marked Sensitive are the ones to hand out with care.

Every paid bill earns the client one stamp (one per day). Stamps with a reward give a discount on a service at the till: 100% makes it free. A full card starts a new one.

Each till runs its own register shift. Assign people to terminals under User accounts. Pairing locks a terminal to the device you pair it from, so it can't be used anywhere else.

Stylists appear in the appointment booking form and on POS service lines.

Chairs and rooms a service can be booked into. A station can't be double-booked, including its reset time between clients; deactivate one to stop new bookings without losing its history.

How the bill and the register close summary print on the receipt printer. Each has its own layout; the preview uses sample data.

Worked time is time on shift less breaks, from each day's punches (time clocks, My portal, imports and corrections). Days that break the working-hour rules are flagged.

Biometric devices send punches to this app with their own key. Give each employee their enrolment number on the device as their Time clock ID. A device's export file can be imported instead: columns user ID, date and time, and optionally a status (0 in, 1 out, 2 break out, 3 break in).

Checked on timesheets and shown to staff as banners in My portal. Defaults follow the Shop and Office Employees Act as commonly applied in Sri Lanka; confirm them for the salon.

Commission and targets count each stylist's own bill lines at what they sold for after discounts. Commission is paid on every service and retail sale; the service and retail targets each pay a bonus on top, the highest bonus reached. Both go on the payslip of the employee a stylist is linked to (Pay plan).

An installment is deducted in each payroll run from the first month on, until the loan is repaid. Deleting a draft payslip gives its installment back.

One-off amounts for an employee's month, included when that month's payroll is generated (or recalculated).

Vouchers are sold from the Point of Sale screen (use the "Gift voucher" button) and redeemed there as a payment method. This is a lookup and status view.

Every sign-in and every change to money, prices, people and permissions, with who made it, from which address and what it was before and after. Entries can't be edited or deleted.
